PAYMENT:

“Elektocart is open to accept payments through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or E-check. You use our payment gateways to to pay for the Plan only that is being chosen by you. After the payment of Plan Subscription, you become the registered customer of Elektocart and will be entitled to avail the services on requirement. In Case of any On site Visit, a visitor charge fee of $50-$100 as transportation charges / visit will be charged.”

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Elektocart allows the cancellation of plan with in 24 hrs of enrollment and no casual support has been taken. In Case any support has been taken and wish to cancel the enrollment, Balance after deduction of $50 will be returned to the user. In Case we are not able to resolve your problem, the complete subscription amount will be refunded.

REFUND POLICY:

“ Elektocart is liable to refund the Subscription amount in case of Non-delivery by its Expert team. For Our Casual Plan, we provide 7 days resolution guarantee. In Case the issue is not resolved completely within 7 days, money can be refunded to the user. For our Subscription based yearly plan, We provide 30 days money back guarantee, in case our Expert team could not help you out in case of Escalations. ”

FEEDBACK AND RESOLUTION POLICY:

“ Elektocart will commit a Minimum TAT on receiving a complaint from the registered user. If the customer does not get a feedback with in 24 hours of submitting the complaint, they can feel free to escalate the concern to our Customer Service team. If you are not happy with the solutions provided, you are most welcome to make us aware regarding the same and we’ll try to sort that out in best minimum time. In Case we are not able to resolve the issue the Refund and cancellation policy will apply. ”

TERMINATION:

The Agreement will cease to be in force in case of anyone of the following or all of them takes place:

o Misbehaviour / Abusive approach by the registered user with our technical support team members.
o In Case the Data / system are used by the user in an unethical manner.
o If Terms & Condition agreed upon are not followed by the user.

If any of the above mentioned conditions takes place, Agreement will deemed to be terminated and Users will not be eligible for the money back.

An users possess the right to terminate the agreement, if not intended to continue, and this case will be treated as per the accordance of the Refund and the cancellation policy.

INDEMNITY:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elektocart and its affiliates, officers, employees from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating in any way to your user generated content, your use of content, your use of the website, your conduct in connection with the website or with other website users, or any violation of these Terms of Use, any law or the rights of any third party

FORCE MAJEURE:

Elektocart shall not be bound for any failure to perform any obligation under agreement, If any event beyond the control of Elektocart such as, Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood, or any other natural or man made eventuality. In all event information should be provided by the changed so as to use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions.

WAIVER:

If Failure of Elektocart to apply any of the provender in these terms and conditions shall not be understood as release of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these terms and conditions. If agreement shall be effective so no waiver provide it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both you and Elektocart.
